Refunds Policy for AquaPulse Pool Services At AquaPulse Pool Services, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring your pool remains in pristine condition. We understand the importance of quality service, and we work hard to meet your expectations. Below is our Refunds Policy, designed to provide clarity and ensure customer satisfaction: No Refunds on Completed Services Due to the nature of pool maintenance and repairs, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. However, if there is an issue with the work performed, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to resolve the situation. Satisfaction Guarantee We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with the work done, please inform us within 7 days of the service completion. We will work with you to resolve any concerns, including performing additional adjustments or repairs if necessary. Deposits for Service Appointments A deposit may be required when booking larger pool services or repairs. This deposit secures your appointment and is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we will apply the deposit to your new appointment. Late Cancellations or No-Shows If you cancel or reschedule your service appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to show up for the scheduled service, the deposit may be forfeited, and a cancellation fee may be applied. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible to avoid these fees. Service Not Performed or Incorrect Work If the service you requested was not performed, or if there were mistakes in the work completed, please contact us immediately. We will correct any issues at no additional cost to you, provided that the problem is related to the services we have provided. Payment for Services Full payment for services is due upon completion of the work. If you have concerns about the quality of service or if there are any issues with the work, please bring them to our attention before making the final payment.
